On November 18, 2014, Merry and fifteen models staged a live installation in SJMA's courtyard as Goldsworthy's own work went up around them — a real-time dialogue in line and form, built with photographers and human canvases alike.

Kayleigh appears in Patrick Stull's ENCOUNTERS, the second book in his six-part series examining the lives of women through photography and the human form. Her collaboration with Stull adds to a body of work built over eighteen years, one that Stull describes as meant to "inspire and challenge the observer while always empowering the subject.".

Butoh is a Japanese avant-garde dance form born in the late 1950s, characterized by slow, controlled, often grotesque or ghostly movements that explore themes of darkness, the body, and transformation. Kayleigh has performed throughout Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, and New York with various groups, including DaniButoh, InkBoat, Bad Unkl Sista, Vangeline, and Headwaters Theatre.

The Community Storytelling Composition Project is an Oral History Performance Initiative created by Kayleigh Stack, producing spaces across New York, San Francisco, and Boulder for people to share recorded audio of poignant personal and community histories. Using performance as a tool for dialogue, the project brought these stories to site-specific spaces beyond the conventional stage, sparking conversation around charged social and political subjects.

Kayleigh served as Production Manager for Macbeth: A Rock Musical, an all-femme punk rock adaptation of Shakespeare's tragedy presented by Seattle Public Theater and Macha Theatre Works in October–November 2023.

Kayleigh served as Operations Coordinator for LEIMAY's 2019 OUTSIGHT series, a performance program co-presented with the New York Restoration Project featuring international and local artists working in dance, theater, performance art, and Butoh. Staged within NYRP's community gardens across New York City, the series was directed by LEIMAY Artistic Directors Ximena Garnica and Shige Moriya, with support from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, the New York State Council on the Arts, and the Mertz Gilmore Foundation.

Panasas partnered with body painting artist Trina Merry and Trilogy Visual Media to create an artistic video for the Panasas booth at the 2015 NAB Show in Las Vegas. "We decided to go big at NAB Show this year," said Panasas CMO Jim Donovan.

Over 12+ years of Roaming Character work, collaborations ranging from Vau de Vire Society, Gregangelo circus, Artisan Oddities, and The SF Circus Center.

As a principal dancer with A Mused Collective, Kayleigh performed with a modern dance and musical performance collective dedicated to cross-disciplinary collaboration with musicians and composers, rooted in a commitment to a supportive, affirming environment for people of all sexual orientations and gender expressions. 

Kayleigh's performance roots began in musical theater, where she took the stage at MGM Grand Las Vegas, Disney World, and aboard Carnival Cruise Lines as a teenager. After discovering aerial arts, she toured with an aerial dance group in Northern California, performing at Zaccho Theater in San Francisco, before relocating to Boulder, Colorado to complete the nine-month Frequent Flyers Aerial Dance Professional Training program. She furthered her training with an 80-hour intensive at San Francisco Circus Center and additional study at NECCA, going on to teach aerial skills and conditioning at Athletic Playground.

Kayleigh served as Production Stage Manager for the opening of Dead Letter No. 9, an immersive theater and nightlife venue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, created by Roll the Bones Theatre Company. Set within a 5,000-square-foot space designed to evoke a USPS dead letter office, the venue blends a 90-minute interactive conversation-based experience with a full bar, restaurant, and late-night nightclub

Kayleigh served as Programs Manager for Forklift Danceworks' The Way of Water — Colorado River, a three-part, city-wide performance series presented October–November 2025 celebrating the river and the Austin communities who steward it. 

Supported choreographer Allison Orr in leading a weeklong residency at Vanderbilt's Curb Center and Texas A&M, visiting classes in Art, Music Composition, Theatre, and History of Art, leading a community dance workshop with dance nonprofit New Dialect, and giving a public talk on her book DanceWorks: Stories of Creative Collaboration.
